Carol, a founder member of our team and our principal trainer, is a Chartered Member of the institute of Occupational Safety and Health (CMIOSH) and is a Member of the International Institute of Risk Management (MIIRSM) and has a National Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH).

Carol holds a Trainer Charter Certificate for the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) and the Institute of Occupational Health (IOSH), covering all Health and Safety course training and all Food Hygiene course training.

Carol is a winner of the IGD John Sainsbury Award for Training and Development 2005.

Carol has worked in the food industry for twenty years, delivering high quality training and development courses and management systems and policies. 

Carol takes great pleasure from seeing people succeed. Then enjoy and use the knowledge they have acquired being put to good and practical use.

 

 

 

Derek Harle - Projects Manager

Derek, a founder member of our team, has a wide range of experience in manufacturing within the food industry; Derek's background is in Engineering and Project Management but he has also held senior roles in Production Management. Derek leads our Lean Manufacturing training and delivers courses aimed at Director to shop floor in understanding and implementing Lean Manufacturing Techniques. He aims to remove the 'mystery' surrounding some of the formats used in Lean, by taking it down to basics and integrating the right course for your business needs and staff, this drives the potential for your people to exploit opportunities in your business and deliver results.

These courses cover Project Management and Teams, KPI's uses and implementation, 5's, Value Stream Mapping, SMED, Error Reduction, Waste Reduction, I'm sure your finance Director would be very interested in the cost reduction.

Christine, our first aid trainer and Occupational Health nurse. Christine is a Registered General Nurse (RGN) and a qualified Occupational Health Nurse (OCH). Christine is qualified to teach all levels of first aid courses to HSE Standard. Christine has worked in Occupational Health for over 10 years and can cater for all your business needs in Occupational Health, WRULD assessments, Eye and Audiometric tests, Display Screen assessments, manual handling and ergonomic assessments, employment and employee medicals and pre-employment screening.
